ok so you cane to this site and you have looked at this post in this thread. im presuming your a newby to the Roleplay world.

On this forum of Roleplay you make a character (currently only bleach roleplay is availble) and you perform battle based or character building action posts. this normaly occurs between 2 people. in order to level up you must gain exp, on this forum you gain exp by making an acceptable post (each post is worth 1 exp, however you only get exp atm for battle based posts)

an example of this will partake between me and neon in this thread

an acceptable post includes 2 actions and four segments.

*i tap on my tachi*

you may want to use one of these. dodges count but you may want to counter, otherwise you may get crushed.

*looking at morbosis*

this is an acceptable post, but it not exp gaining, because i havn't done a battle actions yet, isnt that right?

an example of an exp gaining reply would be

so you have to deffend yourself to gain exp, or attack

*aims a slash downwards at neon*

*dodging sideways, the blade narrowly misses me*

Quick to draw there morbosis

*i draw my tachi and hold it loosely in my right hand*

I could have lost an eye, i didn't even have my weapon out.

but i dodged a potentially dangerous attack, so i gain an exp. i could attack back, but this is a pure defense post. Now if morbosis attacks again i can show you a counter post.

ok i shall post another attack for you to demonstrate this neon

*i take an attacking stance*

now dont forget to counter attack neon

*slashes sideways at neons chest*

*i block the strike with my blade*

ofcourse countering is attacking your enemy as they attack. i chose to block first but what if...

*i draw a wakizashi from under my cloak and slash at Morbs' arm, using my left hand*

i use this chance to attack?

*has his arm cut by neon*

see sometimes tho you gotta take a hit

*dabs at his arm with a cloth*

when you take a hit, you should remember that your injured in battle, you cannot dodge all attack, but when hurt you have to remember it in battle so if i was to attack neon now, my attack would be weaker and easier to dodge.

of course it is important that that you remember to take injuries. but you must learn what GMing is too.

*dropping my blades into the ground, i grab morbs hair and punch him in the face*

if anyone does something like this, its GM. end of. You should report things like this and not reply untill a admin or mod has looked over it.

but as i've injured and GMed morbosis, i think its his turn

that is also a non exp counting post, as it only has 3 things in, remeber it hast to have 4 or more parts

godmodding comes in varios varieties too.

ok so now ill give a basic run down of rules

no god moding!

atleast 4 sections to a post with 2 actions

a post only gets exp if it is atack based such as you attac, deffend, or counterattack.

but there is another rule that must be said...no over using abilitys.

you cannot shumpo all the time, you cant use every quincy powere every post and you will run out of items...i think that is about it, if you are new and wish to try to toleplay plese create a new thread with your name as the title and we shall give you a private lesson.
